The comment came as a sharp and un-diplomatic rebuke to Prime Minister Paul Martin who is campaigning to keep his Liberal party in power after he recieved a vote of no-confidence last month. Like Schroder in Germany four years ago, Martin is bashing the U.S. and generally being rude to the U.S. about issues like Kyoto and climate change.
